About Three Farmers Roasted Fava Beans
Three Farmers Roasted Fava Beans are just that. Fava beans that have been dry-roasted, creating a light, crunchy snack. Three Farmers brand believes in “sustainable farming and minimal processing to create clean, plant-based foods you’ll feel good about eating.” The Roasted Fava Beans are available in three flavours: zesty cheddar, sea salt, and sweet chili.
Taste & Texture
The texture of these Roasted Fava Beans is light, airy, and crunchy. They have been dry-roasted, resulting in air pockets to provide a light and crisp texture. We sampled the zesty cheddar flavour for the purpose of this review. As a vegan product, we were curious about how the cheddar flavour would hold up. But it did! We loved the cheddar flavour, and if we didn’t know the product was vegan, we would have never guessed.
