Ingredients
2 chicken breast, sliced into stripsÂ
½ cup rice, cookedÂ
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup pineapple pieces
1 package Sugar snap peas, halvedÂ
¼ Red onion, slicedÂ
1 Red pepper, slicedÂ
¼ tsp chili flakesÂ
¼ cup hoisin
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
Green onion for servingÂ
Sesame seeds for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over med-high heat. Add oil, then sauté chicken until cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add pineapple, snap peas, red pepper, onion, hoisin, sweet chili sauce, and chili flakes.
- Continue cooking over med-high heat until vegetables are tender but still crispy, about 6 minutes.
- Serve over rice. Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
