Organic wheat flour: refined white flour.
Organic whole grains and seeds: sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, rolled rye, rolled spelt, oats, pumpkin seeds, millet, rolled oats, black sesame seeds, quinoa, rolled barley, and rolled wheat.
Organic cane sugar and/or organic oat syrup, organic molasses: sources of added sugar.
Cultured wheat flour: wheat flour fermented with bacteria.
Yeast: used to help baked goods rise.
Sea salt: a source of sodium used for flavoring and as a preservative.
Enzymes: serve many functions to improve the integrity of bread, such as enhancing shelf life, texture, and appearance. Enzymes are used as a natural alternative to other chemical additives in bread.

Is Silver Hills Bread Healthy?
We gave Silver Hills bread a nutrition score of 83 out of 100 and recommend this brand of bread for regular use. It is made with sprouted grains which are nutrient rich. It is high in fiber and a source of protein. It also uses enzymes as preservatives instead of chemical forms found in other bread. The only negative is that it is high in sodium and may not be suitable for those following a low-sodium diet, with the exception of the small sliced flavor.
