This Quick and Healthy Pesto and Goat Cheese Pita Pizza recipe requires no chopping or prepping ingredients! By taking advantage of some store-bought items, you can have a healthy and delicious meal on the table in 15 minutes!

1 whole wheat pita
1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers, strained
~1/4 cup jarred pesto (or as much as needed to lightly cover the pita)
70g Goat cheese (~1/2 a small log)
Arugula, generous handful
Balsamic drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Spread the pesto evenly over the pita. Top with roasted red peppers and crumbled goat cheese.
- Bake at 350FÂ for about 10 minutes, or until cheese has softened and the pita is crispy.
- Remove pizza from the oven and top with a generous handful of arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
