Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken with Ranch Dipping Sauce
For when you’re sick of the same old chicken dinner. Try this Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken with Ranch Dipping Sauce recipe from Straight Outta Compston Kitchen .
There is so much flavour in this chicken, and the ranch dipping sauce is a delicious and better-for-you alternative to the store-bought kind. Oh, and did I mention it cooks on one sheet pan?
To make, simply roast potatoes with oil, S & P while preparing the chicken and veggies. You’ll drizzle veggies with oil, S & P, toss chicken with hot sauce, and add to the pan with potatoes to bake until cooked through. Meanwhile, you’ll combine the ingredients for the simple ranch-dipping sauce. Yum!
What you’ll need:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

3-4 tbsp Fran’s Red Hot Sauce

2 bell peppers

1 yellow onion
-
3-4 medium potatoes

3 tbsp EVOO
-
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Ranch dipping sauce:
-
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
-
2 tbsp dried buttermilk powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
3/4 tsp garlic powder
-
3/4 tsp dried dill
-
1/2 tsp dried parsley
-
1/8 tsp salt and pepper

2-3 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
